Teen Retention
New Initiatives: It seems that all of our clubs struggle with retention of the 13-18 year old skaters.
NEICC is proposing that we sponsor teen only competitive events as either a stand along competition or as part of existing opens during the next season. We envision three regionally based competitions hosted by member clubs and partially supported by the interclub council.
This initiative is in the planning stages and all ideas are welcome. We will be having a teleconference call on March 25, so if you are interested in participating, please email me and I will send you the call in information
